It is an ARX! I have an amp, but no distortion pedal yet. I'm currently researching those. I'm leaning toward the Fulltone OCD.

you should really look at a multipedal. Like a cheap digitech. At least until you get to be good and join a band that plays out, etc. Getting a bunch of individual pedals can be expensive.
Yeah, I opted just for the Boss DS-1 for now. I just need a little crunch and sustain.
